Our History

Aledrades organic EVOO is a Cypriot premium product of high quality, produced by using exclusively certified organic farming methods. It is a mono-varietal product (Koroneiki), characterized as medium fruity, with a well balanced body. Our love, passion and devotion for our oil inspires us to work harder each year to reach perfection. The olives are picked at optimum ripeness and cold pressed on the same day, at extremely low temperatures, to ensure the amazing flavors and aromas are preserved.
